ORDINANCE 12-03B
A NON-CODE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
SELDOVIA, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS, APPENDIX B, ANNUAL BUDGET, FOR FISCAL
YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2013.
SECTION 1.
Non-Code Ordinance. This is a Non-Code Ordinance.
SECTION 2 . Appropriation. The sum of $3,223,056.90 is
hereby appropriated for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012 through June 30,
2013. This amount includes:

Fund
SECTION 3. Budget
Incorporation. The 2012-2013
annual budget of the City of Seldovia, together with its Appendix B, Annual
Budget, as approved by the Council, is incorporated as a part of this
Ordinance, which sets forth the appropriations assigned to the various accounts
and Department Budgets.
SECTION 4. Rates,
Fees, Charges Established.
There is attached to this Ordinance 12-03B as Appendix A, a schedule of
Rates, Fees, and Charges, which shall become effective, at the times stated
therein and remain effective until duly changed by action of the City Council.
SECTION 5. Repealer. Any portion or any section of any existing,
effective Ordinance which conflicts with the actions of this Ordinance 12-03B
are hereby repealed, and re-enacted to comport with this Ordinance 12-03B until
specifically repealed by the future motion of the City Council.
SECTION 6. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective July
1, 2012
