SELDOVIA, ALASKA, ACCEPTING FY 2013 FEE SCHEDULE, APPENDIX A OF THE FY 13
BUDGET

Fees, Charges Established
SECTION 1.
Non-Code Ordinance. This is a Non-Code Ordinance.
SECTION 2 . Appropriation. Exhibit
A, Annual Budget for 2012-2013
SECTION 3. Budget
Incorporation. This
Ordinance 12-03A will be incorporated in the 2012-2013 annual budget of the
City of Seldovia, together with its Exhibit A, as approved by the Council, is
incorporated as a part of this Ordinance, which sets forth the appropriations
assigned to the various accounts and Department Budgets.
SECTION 4. Rates,
Fees, Charges Established.
There is attached to this Ordinance 12-03A as Appendix 1, a schedule of
Rates, Fees, and Charges, which shall become effective, at the times stated
therein and remain effective until duly changed by action of the City Council.
SECTION 5. Repealer. Any portion or any section of any existing,
effective Ordinance which conflicts with the actions of this Ordinance 12-03A
are hereby repealed, and re-enacted to comport with this Ordinance 12-03A until
specifically repealed by the future motion of the City Council.
SECTION 6. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective July
1, 2012
